Secretary terms the pollution free environment as burning issue of the world

BADIN Mar 04: The pollution free environment has become the burning issue of the world. Every citizens have to fulfil their duties to keep clean their house, street, towns or cities as the lives can be saved from fatal diseases. It was stated by the Sayed Abu Ahmed Aakif, Federal Secretary, Environment, Pakistan while talking with local journalists and representatives of civil society at Gym Khana Badin on Saturday.

After the meeting he also visited the schemes and project which were launched for addressing the environmental issues of district by the funding of GEF Small grants program Pakistan and lauded the efforts of the Masood Ahmed Lohar, National Coordinator, GEF Small Grants program. When renowned journalists, Shabina Faraz and Aafia Salam were also visited the schemes along with secretary.

On the occasion, Engineer, Zulfiqar Mandhro, Ameer Mandhro, Tanveer Ahmed Arain, President, Badin Press Club, Haroon Gopang, Sawan Khaskheli, Aashiq Khawaja, Ali Ahmed Jokhio and others apprised the Federal Secretary regarding environmental issues of district Badin.
