No one wants elections to be delayed: Murad Ali Shah

MIRPUR SAKRO Nov 14: Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah remarked that no one wants the upcoming general elections to be delayed while addressing an event in Mirpur Sakro on Tuesday.

Reacting to political rival, Imran Khan, who is demanding snap elections, he remarked that “PTI’s job is to deceive people.”

The chief minister also said that he shared reservations regarding census in his meeting with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

Speaking regarding the development projects in Thatta, he said the road from Karachi to Thatta is being constructed for the betterment of the people, adding that the road will provide convenience to people of the area.

Murad also shared that the construction of a dual-carriageway from Thatta to Hyderabad is also being planned.

On the Keti Bander project, he said that the projects include construction of port among other projects. “Keti Bander has space for 50,000 Megawatt Power Plant,” he said.

He also said that the Keti Bander project was deceased party leader Benazir Bhutto dream. “We will complete the project at all costs.”
