Let me start with the quotes of the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) that attainment of knowledge is must for every Muslim and seek the education from cradle to grave.
Education is a very vital tool that is used in the contemporary world to succeed .It is important because it is used to mitigate most of the challenges faced in life. The knowledge that is attained through education helps open doors to a lot of opportunities for better prospects in career growth. Education is very necessary for every individual because it reflects the structure of one’s society. We all are aware of that it is the age of modernization and modernization is with education. In the era of 21st century those people can survive and can take their rights who are aware of the importance of education and have got at least good education if not better or the best.
Though the state of education in Pakistan is not good but when I look at the education system of province Sindh my heart bleeds the tear of blood. Week education system has been a dilemma in Sindh since the inception of Pakistan. Even today the situation has not changed rather become worst. Many factors can be linked with this problem. Sometimes we feel that the students themselves are responsible for this crisis by using guides and doing copy in the exams. But they are not alone responsible for this problem, lacking of merit and good teachers is also another factor which is making good education as a dream for the youth of Sindh. Furthermore, the majority of the teachers are unable to teach but they are teaching. These teachers mostly associated with the Political Parties. Here comes another factor which has its hands in the bad education system of Sindh that is the interference of political parties in administration of educational system. Thus the literacy rate of Sindh is going down rather than upgrading and good education is becoming a dream for the youth of Sindh.
We can not progress untill we are not provided a good system of education as a wise man said that if you want to destroy a nation then destroy its education systen the nation will be destroyed. We can upgrade the education system of Sindh and in this effort we all have to play the role. Student must eliminate the copy system from the education system and teachers should also play their role by giving a good guidelines to students. Government should promote the merit based teachers who will be able to teach the students in a good way and by eliminating the political interference from education system.
